Post #26: How Can You Prevent Passing Those Germs...
Yes, it is that time of year when we would all like to stay in our own little bubble ... but aside from that, what is one to do?
I would like to submit the following as alternatives to the bubble option:
- Wash Hands! Wash them in a thorough manner, and often.
- Use hand sanitizer when out and about.
- Wipe handle of shopping cart or basket with a sanitizer wipe.
- If you have small children, make sure they wash their hands.
- Avoid sharing a drinking glass or other eating/personal items.
Make Sure to speak with your PCP about healthy ways to live your life daily...
